April 22nd-April 26th

Keenoy Kardinal News                                                                                      April 26, 2019 Dear Families, I hope you guys have had wonderful weeks. I feel like this week has flown by! I have soaked up my time outside and enjoyed some nice walks and bike rides. Next Friday is our field trip to Rock Bridge State Park, which will be really fun. Hopefully the weather will be nice and stay dry for us. Thank you for all you do and never hesitate to reach out with any questions. Rock Bridge State Park Field Trip Our field trip to Rock Bridge State Park is coming up next week on May 3 rd from 8:30-1:30ish. During this field trip, we will be observing and recording weather conditions, moving throughout the four ecosystems, sharing noticings, and collecting and recording data. If it rains that day or has rained enough to make the ground too muddy (during the week), then we will be unable to attend. Hopefully, though, the weather will cooperate with

April 15th- April 19th

Keenoy Kardinal News                                                                                             April 19, 2019 Dear Families, I hope that everyone had a terrific and healthy week. We had a week full of MAP testing and trying to stay healthy with all the pollen coming out. I am going home to Kansas City this weekend (where my parents live) and I am excited to hopefully go outside and enjoy some of the trails around my house. Also, I do not watch much hockey, but Mr. Keenoy has been keeping the class and I up to date with the Blues. Hopefully they can pull through! Mr. Keenoy has a beard countdown on the board, so let’s hope he can grow it the full 70 days until they win it all! Thanks for all you do and enjoy your weekend. We have enjoying going outside for recess and the weather being very enjoyable. I have especially loved getting to go outside and enjoy walks and sitting outside eating ice cream when I get home from school. MAP testing starts next week, so hopefully the weather will stay nice so we can go outside at the end of the day as a nice break from testing. I will be taking over the newsletter and work habit marks this week, so if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me. I also have taken over more and more lessons, which has been so fun! When I’m not in the classroom, I keep myself busy with going on hikes and enjoying the weather that is starting to warm up.
