Dear Families,

Spring break is upon us! I hope you all have wonderful and relaxing spring breaks. Mr. Keenoy and I both are going to Florida, but different parts of the state. I know I am looking forward to the beach and some warm weather! Thank you for your continued support and never hesitate to contact Mr. Keenoy or I with anything. Enjoy the week off!

 Hi, my name is Reagan and I am 10 years old. I am level 6 in gymnastics. I have five people in my family including a brother and sister. I traveled to Orlando, Florida and went to Harry Potter World. This is my first year at Paxton and I love Mr. Keenoy.

Keenoy Kardinal News                                                  November 2, 2018 Dear Families, We have completed the first trimester of our school year.   This is so hard for me to believe.   It looks like a rainy soccer weekend in KC for the Keenoy family.   Have a wonderful weekend and thanks for all that you do.   Comet Clubs Applications are coming home today and are due next Friday, November 9 th .   Buddy Class Halloween Activity I’m sure that your child shared with you that we got together with our 2 nd grade buddies from Mrs. Gilliland’s class.    Each second-grade student wrote our 5 th graders a letter a few weeks ago. Students enjoyed writing letters back to them and delivering them on Halloween.   They also played a few fun math games together.   Watching the 5 th graders interact with the 2 nd graders made my heart feel good.   I was so impressed that our students modeled exceptional behavior and focused totally on their buddy the entir

April 15th- April 19th

Keenoy Kardinal News                                                                                             April 19, 2019 Dear Families, I hope that everyone had a terrific and healthy week. We had a week full of MAP testing and trying to stay healthy with all the pollen coming out. I am going home to Kansas City this weekend (where my parents live) and I am excited to hopefully go outside and enjoy some of the trails around my house. Also, I do not watch much hockey, but Mr. Keenoy has been keeping the class and I up to date with the Blues. Hopefully they can pull through! Mr. Keenoy has a beard countdown on the board, so let’s hope he can grow it the full 70 days until they win it all! Thanks for all you do and enjoy your weekend. Rock Bridge State Park Field Trip Our upcoming field trip to Rock Bridge State Park is on May 3 rd from 8:30-1:30ish. During this field trip, we will be observing and recording weather conditions, moving throughout the four ecosystems
